The Guest acknowledges that the apartment is provided solely for temporary residential accommodation and shall not be used for any illegal, commercial, professional or other unauthorized purpose.

يقر المستأجر بأن الوحدة مخصصة للإقامة السكنية المؤقتة فقط، ولا يجوز استخدامها لأي نشاط غير قانوني أو تجاري أو مهني أو لأي غرض آخر غير الغرض المتفق عليه.

Only the persons registered with the Host may occupy the apartment. No additional person may stay overnight or use the apartment without prior notification to and approval from the Host and, where required, provision of identification details.

يقتصر الإشغال على الأشخاص الذين تم تسجيل بياناتهم لدى المؤجر. ولا يجوز السماح لأي شخص آخر بالإقامة في الوحدة إلا بعد إخطار المؤجر والحصول على موافقته، وتقديم بيانات الهوية المطلوبة.

The Guest shall provide accurate and valid personal information and identification documents and shall provide any information or documentation required by law or by the competent authorities.

يلتزم المستأجر بتقديم بيانات صحيحة وسارية وإثبات هوية صالح، ويلتزم بتقديم أي بيانات أو مستندات يكون تقديمها مطلوبًا قانونًا للجهات المختصة.

The apartment must not be used for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:

يحظر استخدام الوحدة في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• Possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
• Illegal possession of weapons or ammunition.
• Committing or facilitating any criminal activity.
• Prostitution, commercial sexual activity or any other unlawful activity.
• Improper storage of dangerous or flammable materials.
• Unlawful accommodation or concealment of any person known to be wanted by law enforcement authorities.

• حيازة أو استعمال أو الاتجار في المواد المخدرة أو المواد المحظورة.
• حيازة أسلحة أو ذخائر بالمخالفة للقانون.
• ارتكاب أو تسهيل أي جريمة.
• ممارسة أو تسهيل أي نشاط جنسي تجاري أو أي نشاط غير مشروع.
• تخزين مواد خطرة أو قابلة للاشتعال بصورة مخالفة للقانون أو قواعد السلامة.
• إيواء أي شخص بصورة غير مشروعة أو استخدام الوحدة لإخفاء أي شخص مطلوب للعدالة مع العلم بذلك.

No parties, loud gatherings or excessive noise are permitted. The Guest shall respect the quiet enjoyment, privacy and safety of other residents.

يُحظر إقامة الحفلات أو التجمعات الصاخبة أو استخدام أجهزة الصوت بطريقة تزعج سكان العقار.

A serious or repeated violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of the occupancy terms, without prejudice to the Host's legal rights.

ويُعد الإخلال الجسيم أو المتكرر بهذا البند مخالفة جوهرية لشروط الإقامة، مع احتفاظ المؤجر بحقه في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة.

Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted except in accordance with the Host's rules and applicable law.

لا يسمح بدخول زوار غير مسجلين أو بإقامتهم داخل الوحدة إلا وفقًا للقواعد التي يحددها المؤجر وبما لا يخالف القانون أو أنظمة العقار.

The Guest shall be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage caused by persons whom the Guest allows to enter the apartment.

ويتحمل المستأجر المسؤولية عن الأضرار التي يتسبب فيها الأشخاص الذين سمح لهم بالدخول إلى الوحدة، في الحدود التي يقررها القانون.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment unless expressly authorized by the Host.

يُمنع التدخين داخل الوحدة، ما لم يوافق المؤجر كتابةً على غير ذلك.

Pets are not permitted without the Host's prior approval.

ولا يسمح بإدخال الحيوانات الأليفة إلا بموافقة مسبقة من المؤجر.

The Guest shall take reasonable care of the apartment, furniture, appliances, fixtures and contents.

يلتزم المستأجر بالمحافظة على الوحدة والأثاث والأجهزة والمفروشات والمرافق.

The Guest shall be responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for damage or loss caused by misuse or negligence by the Guest or persons admitted by the Guest.

ويلتزم المستأجر بتعويض المؤجر عن التلف أو الفقد الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال من جانبه أو من جانب الأشخاص الذين سمح لهم بالدخول، وفقًا للقانون.

The Guest may not sublet, assign, transfer or re-list the apartment on any website, platform or booking service.

لا يجوز للمستأجر إعادة تأجير الوحدة أو التنازل عنها أو عرضها على أي منصة أو موقع أو تطبيق للحجز أو التأجير للغير.

The Guest shall keep the apartment secure when leaving and shall not tamper with alarms, security systems or building safety equipment.

يلتزم المستأجر بإغلاق أبواب ونوافذ الوحدة عند مغادرتها، وعدم العبث بأجهزة الإنذار أو أنظمة الأمن أو أي تجهيزات خاصة بالعقار.

In the event of a material violation of the law or these occupancy terms, the Host reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and terminate the occupancy in accordance with applicable law.

في حالة وجود مخالفة جوهرية للقانون أو لشروط هذا الاتفاق، يحتفظ المؤجر بحقه في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة وإنهاء الإشغال وفقًا للقانون.

The Guest acknowledges that the Guest remains personally responsible for any unlawful act or violation committed by the Guest and that this agreement does not authorize any activity contrary to law.

يقر المستأجر بأن مسؤوليته الشخصية عن أي فعل أو مخالفة تصدر منه لا تنتقل إلى المؤجر، وأن هذا الاتفاق لا يمنحه أي حق في القيام بأي عمل يخالف القانون.

I, the undersigned, confirm that I have read and understood all terms of this Agreement and agree to comply with them and with the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt. I undertake to use the apartment lawfully and responsibly.

أقر أنا الموقع أدناه بأنني قرأت وفهمت جميع شروط هذا الاتفاق، وأوافق على الالتزام بها وبالقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية، وأتعهد باستخدام الوحدة استخدامًا قانونيًا وسليمًا.
